1. Using RaceCentral

RaceCentral.online is an independent website for virtual racing communities. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through that account. Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.

You must be legally able to use the service where you live. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these Terms, use the site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. Independent racing information

RaceCentral is not affiliated with Zwift, ZwiftPower, WTRL, Google or Discord. Race schedules, routes, categories, team listings and results are provided for community information and may change or be incomplete. Always check the relevant race organiser’s official information for entries, eligibility, results and rule changes. Actions on RaceCentral do not make an official change to a race registration or WTRL roster.

3. Profiles, clubs and teams

You may link a Zwift ID so RaceCentral can retrieve available ZwiftPower profile information. Entering an ID does not, by itself, verify that you own that Zwift account. Do not claim another person’s identity, club or team role. Club managers and captains are responsible for roster accuracy and for having permission to list other riders’ Zwift IDs and contact details. RaceCentral may correct or remove a profile, role, team or club entry if it is disputed or inaccurate.

4. Community content

You remain responsible for the chat messages, posts, comments, photos, videos, links, contact details and team information you submit. You keep your rights in that content. You give RaceCentral a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, display and moderate it as needed to run the service and to enable sharing features you choose to use. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to post it.

Community content may be visible to other users and, where a page is public, to visitors. Do not publish private information about another person without permission.

5. Conduct and moderation

Do not use the site for harassment, hateful or racist content, threats or violence, unlawful material, spam, impersonation, malicious links, or attempts to interfere with the site or other users. Automated checks and administrator review may warn, temporarily mute, hide content, or ban an account across chat and posts. Other users may mute your content for themselves. We may act immediately where needed to protect users or the service.

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, contact contact@racecentral.online with your account name and a short explanation.

6. Third-party services and links

Google and Discord sign-in, ZwiftPower data, external route pages, linked websites and shared media may be governed by those services’ own terms and policies. RaceCentral is not responsible for the content or availability of an external site. Following a link or using an external contact method is your choice.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may correct inaccurate content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that community information is error-free, or that a third-party integration will always work. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version and date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.

8. Liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RaceCentral is provided without warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate community information, third-party services, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
